To end the calendar year, ZIWI finished up its impressive expansion of personnel in 2022 with two more team members hired on to the Overland Park office! With many exciting projects and innovations coming down the pipeline, ZIWI USA, Inc. saw the need to add incremental talent in both the sales and eCom teams. Shelby Schiller, Territory Manager, will be servicing retailers in the mountain region and PNW, ensuring they have the tools they need to operate at full speed, and Bailee Biafore, eCommerce Administrator, will be assisting the marketing and eCom team with optimizing our consumer facing websites and implementing strategies to make our web presence more streamlined and consumer friendly.
Shelby Schiller | Territory Manager
Originally from North Carolina, Shelby graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her love for interacting with people quickly turned in to a career in sales and recruiting, with her first opportunity landing her in Denver, CO where she would eventually find herself working in the pet industry. This led Shelby into wanting to find a similar brand in quality and sustainability in the industry, which is how she came across ZIWI. She is excited to be here and looks forward to working with many of the same retailers in the mountain region and PNW.
Bailee Biafore | eCommerce Administrator
Bailee comes to ZIWI as an exciting career change, getting to pursue her joint passions of pets and sustainability. Born and raised in Burbank, California, then attending college in Hawaii, she relocated to Kansas City in 2020 where she worked in psychiatric health care. Bailee is excited to employ her organizational, interpersonal, and creative skills to help optimize and grow ZIWI’s online eCommerce initiatives and ensure pet parents have a positive experience when interacting with ZIWI’s digital platforms.
