With the growing demand for ZIWI in North America, we have found ourselves helping more customers than ever who want to know more about us that inquire about our company and products. For over a year, we have operated with a one-woman customer care department at our North American office, spearheaded by Hannah Krieg. We knew it was the right time to add a member to the team with the many submissions we receive from retailers, customers, partners, and industry professionals. On July 6th, 2022, we welcomed Jai Desai as our new Customer Care Specialist, and she has jumped in at full speed in doing a wonderful job of assisting our customers and retailers already.
Jai joined ZIWI with a love for animals and an impressive 13 years spent working at the Humane Society of Kansas City. She joins Hannah in the North American customer care department in fielding inquiries, answering calls, and ensuring that we are getting our customers the answers they need all while leaving a positive and friendly impression. She has a BA in Political Science from University of Missouri – Kansas City and a JD from Kansas University Please join us in welcoming her to the ZIWI team – we know she has a bright future here!
